TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ELIGIBILITY: Qualifying orders will receive one of 4 complimentary store packages from JBL while supplies last. Prize packages will be awarded to qualifying orders in the order in which they were received. Placement of a qualifying order does not guarantee access to a prize package. Promotional offer available only to independent college retailers set up with accounts in good standing at The Douglas Stewart Company. Limit 1 package per account. Any purchased JBL product tied to qualifying orders that receive a promotional package and/or JBL activation event, are ineligible for returns.
QUALIFYING ORDERS: The corresponding promo code JBLHOUSEPARTY24 must be used on orders to qualify for a corresponding complimentary-tier package. JBL packages will also need to be added to your order at time of checkout. This promotion applies to orders placed starting 5/13/2024, with shipment by 7/31/2024. Where products are backordered, orders must ship complete. Package level will be determined based on the first qualifying order or set of orders to ship for each store. Offer is available while supplies last. If available stock of a certain tier’s package has been depleted, The Douglas Stewart Company reserves the right to ship a complimentary JBL package from the next highest tier available.
CAMPAIGN DURATION: This promotional campaign runs from 5/13/2024, through 7/31/2024, or while supplies last. Qualifying orders must ship by 7/31/2024.
TIERS: The prize packages are as follows:
- TIER 1: Pre-Game Package. Requires a minimum buy-in of $2,000.00 USD in JBL product from The Douglas Stewart Company. Package includes JBL branded swag items. Offered to the first 15 accounts who submit orders which meet the qualifications.
- TIER 2: The JBL Mixer Package. Requires a minimum buy-in of $3,000.00 USD in JBL product from The Douglas Stewart Company. Package includes JBL branded swag items. Offered to the first 10 accounts who submit orders which meet the qualifications.
- TIER 3: The Rooftop Rush Package. Requires a minimum buy-in of $4,000.00 USD in JBL product from The Douglas Stewart Company. Package includes JBL branded swag items and premium JBL signage. Offered to the first 20 accounts who submit orders which meet the qualifications.
- TIER 4: The JBL All-Campus Party Package. Requires a minimum buy-in of $10,000.00 USD in JBL product from The Douglas Stewart Company. Package includes JBL branded signage, premium JBL signage, and a campus activation event hosted by DSC. Offered to the first 2 accounts who submit orders which meet the qualifications.
