- 1 cup Korean sweet potato, steamed, peeled, and chopped into small pieces

2 cups hot whole milk or nondairy extra creamy milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ground cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish
Blend on high until smooth and frothy, garnish to taste and serve immediately.

- 2 cups Apple cider
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
- Star anise, cinnamon sticks for garnishing.
Pour apple cider in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
Once the cider boils once, add cinnamon sticks, cloves and minced ginger; boil for another 5 mins.
Add lemon juice and stir well.
Serve the toddy hot with cinnamon and star anise as garnishing, add whiskey now if desired.

- Fruit of choice (oranges, apples, grapes, cranberries)
- Juice of choice (grape juice, lemon juice, apple juice, orange juice, pomegranate juice)
- Sparkling water of choice
Chop all fruit and put it in a pitcher.
Mix in juices and lemon juice to taste.
Add mineral water right before serving.

- 1 cup water
- Milk of choice
- Ginger to taste
- Sugar to taste

- .5 tbsp Black tea, preferably Assam
Put tea in water in a pot on the stovetop, add ginger and sugar to taste (usually about one tbsp each).
Bring to a boil.
After water boils, add milk until it becomes a color to your liking.
Bring to a boil again and take off heat.
Strain and serve.
