Terms and Conditions: Volume incentive rebates are awarded to select, participating resellers who meet or exceed assigned quarterly growth goals on AVID sales throughout 2023. Program is valid April 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Sales are measured on orders invoiced for qualified AVID products through The Douglas Stewart Company. Items added to backorders will not be counted towards the rebate goal. Rebates on all qualifying sales will be issued 15 business days after the end of each quarter. Rebates will be applied as a credit to each account. Accounts must be in good standing at the completion of each quarter to secure rebate. Any receipt of authorized product returns on qualifying sales that occur after rebate payments are issued will see the adjusted rebate dollar value deducted from your RMA credit amount.
Sales Rep Incentive Program Terms and Conditions: This contest only includes new, approved AVID deal registration opportunities, closed won opportunities, and webinar participation from March 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
There are two prize period during which sales representatives can earn points. The first prize period runs from March 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023. The second prize period runs from July 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Points reset at the end of the first prize period on June 30, 2023. No action is needed to redeem prizes. The Douglas Stewart Company will notify each qualifying sales representative via email within 15 business days following the end of each prize period. Qualifying sales representatives will be awarded the highest value gift card they have earned while supplies last.
