And We’re Back...
All Services Now Restored
A Note to Our Most Valued Customers |
Dear Partners,
While completing our relocation efforts to our new facilities, we experienced unplanned service outages resulting from technician shortages within our internet service provider (ISP). These shortages led to unprecedented delays in some of our external-facing network services being brought back online last week.
As of this morning, we are pleased to share that, effective immediately, all external services—including our phone lines and websites—are now back online. With the restoration of our websites, customers can, once again, review product information, place orders, and access their account information including order statuses (regardless of how those orders were submitted: email, website, EDI, etc.).
Despite some external-facing network services being offline longer than anticipated, please take some assurances in knowing that we have had our dedicated staff on premises with on-site access to our systems continuing the ongoing work of actively fulfilling orders (physical shipments & digital deliverables), receiving and transmitting most EDI files, responding to quotes and inquiries, and processing emailed orders.
We understand that our offline status has come during an important time of year and want to reassure you that even with our limited reachability, you have had the resources of our entire workforce behind your company working tirelessly to continue to support your business and resolve these issues for you. We would like to take this opportunity to convey our sincerest apologies for any delays or business impact that these outages may have caused. Our dedication to partners is the cornerstone of our business and we are taking steps to ensure that we can rebuild your trust and improve and augment resources necessary to ensure our full and unwavering coverage of your business.
