Reminder of Planned Service Outages
Planned Service Outage Tonight, 9/7
The Douglas Stewart Company will be conducting some systems upgrades this evening, 9/7/22. The work will take effect starting tonight at 9pm CDT and should conclude by 6am CDT Thursday morning. While these upgrades take effect, please be advised that our systems will be unavailable during this window. This includes: |
- Our websites:
- Dstewart.com
- Dstewartcanada.com
- Sds.dstewart.com
- EDI feeds – both incoming and outgoing transmissions
- Order processing

Any orders submitted during this overnight timeframe will be queued and processed after the scheduled maintenance concludes during normal business hours on Thursday, 9/8.
Planned Service Outages Beginning Friday, 9/9
We would also like to remind our partners of our planned service outages taking effect this Friday, 9/9 through Sunday, 9/11, while we finalize our relocation efforts. Our systems will be offline starting Friday at 6AM CDT. These planned outages will result in all inbound and outbound EDI transmissions and order submissions to be queued during this timeframe and processed when systems are brought back online. All Douglas Stewart Company websites will also be unavailable during this window. Shipping services and company phone lines will be unavailable as well while we relocate our data center over the weekend.
Our Customer Service, Licensing teams, and Account Managers will be available during normal business hours on Friday via email. For assistance, please contact custserv@dstewart.com or licensing@dstewart.com as needed.
Adobe resellers, please be aware of any customers who have Adobe licensing subscriptions expiring on Friday, 9/9, and work with your licensing team ahead of this date to manage all renewals that fall over this weekend.
All Douglas Stewart Company websites, EDI feeds, shipping services, and phone lines will be back online effective Monday, 9/12.
