Dear Vendor Partners,
We are eager to announce that August 29, kicks off our new residency in our newly constructed offices and expanded warehouse space in Madison, WI. We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing partnership which has fueled our corporate growth and made this upgrade to our new facilities essential. Our new spaces will allow us to better serve your business needs by providing the capacity needed to stock, stage, and assort more products, and better scale our service offerings.
Our new DSC warehouse and office will be located at:

In the weeks leading up to this move we have some key dates and changes to our business processes of which we want to make you aware:
| 8/22 Thru 8/28 |
Freeze on inbound shipments
This includes any returns. Please coordinate any existing RMAs to arrive at our current facility prior to 8/22, or at our new facility no earlier than 8/29/2022.
Any shipments sent to our old location at 2402 Advance Road after 8/22, will be the responsibility of the shipper to re-route to our new Madison location. Our satellite warehouse locations in Nevada, Florida, and Canada remain unchanged.

ACTION NEEDED: DSC Partners to update company records to new ship-to address. Purchase orders submitted to you by Douglas Stewart starting on 8/22 will reflect our new ship-to location. |

Warehouse active at new location
Effective on this date, we will be actively shipping and receiving out of our new facility.
Our warehouse will no longer be scheduling inbound deliveries at our 2402 Advance Road location on this date. All inbound deliveries must be scheduled to arrive at our new 3862 Galleon Run location listed above. |

Planned Outages
Server upgrades and relocation efforts will result in short-term outages to all DSC websites, EDI feeds, and order processing during these two timeframes. Shipping services will also be unavailable on any business days that fall into this date range.
Please note that during the planned service outages, all inbound and outbound EDI transmissions and order submissions will be queued and processed or transmitted after the outages conclude; this includes both physical shipments and software licensing orders.

Occupancy Rights Expire at 2402 Advance Road
Any shipments sent to our Advance Road location after this date should be considered lost at the shippers’ risk and expense.
