| Terms and Conditions: Volume incentive rebates are awarded to select, participating resellers who meet or exceed assigned quarterly growth goals on PowerGistics sales throughout 2022. Program is valid April 1, 2022, through September 30, 2022. Sales are measured on orders invoiced for qualified PowerGistics products through The Douglas Stewart Company. Items added to backorders will not be counted towards the rebate goal. Rebates on all qualifying sales will be issued 15 business days after the end of each quarter. Rebates will be applied as a credit to each account. Accounts must be in good standing at the completion of each quarter to secure rebate. |
